Xinabajul is the ancient Mayan name for Huehuetenango, a region in the mountainous area of Northern Guatemala, famous for coffee production.
We love this coffee not only for it's flavor (hints of cocoa, green apple and molasses) but also because of the tireless work and commitment our green coffee partner makes to ensure a fair deal for the farmers of this region.
They source directly from small regional producers and visit them annually. The result is a higher quality single origin product and a premium price paid to the farmer.
